Elizabeth graduated from the Richmond Association of Realtors Real Estate School in 2002 with her real estate license and obtained her Virginia Brokers License in 2008. She works Full Time as a Listing and Selling Agent/Associate Broker and Provides Full-Service Real Estate Services for Sellers and Buyers - moving into and out of Richmond and surrounding areas. Elizabeth was chosen by the Richmond Association of Realtors along with 14 of her peers to attend the Leadership Development Academy to prepare them for Leadership Roles within their Profession and Communities - and Graduated May 2016.

Elizabeth has spent many years working with Buyers, Sellers, Relocation Clients in the Greater Richmond and surrounding Counties. She is also experienced working Expired Listings and Short Sales with much success in getting these properties Listed and Sold! She sells on average 20 to 24 homes each year which has her in the Top 5% of Listing and Selling Agents in the Richmond area.

She has several years of experience in supervision/management of agents within the firm and is very well versed in Real Estate Transactions, Contracts and Real Estate Law and has held the position of Principal Broker managing over 200 agents before returning to working with Buyers and Sellers. She was elected by her peers to serve on the Richmond Association of Realtors Board of Directors in 2018 with an additional Term of 3 years beginning in 2020 and elected to the Virginia Realtors Board of Directors in 2020.

Elizabeth was a life-long resident of Richmond and is a member of the CVRMLS (Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service) She is a graduate of Hermitage High School and has a Civil Engineering background prior to beginning her Real Estate career. She has volunteered with Autism Speaks and worked with the Richmond Walk Committee and was the Team Captain for Project Blue United Real Estate - Richmond. In 2018 she was named the Autism Speaks Richmond Walk Committee Chairperson 2019. Elizabeth was awarded the "Community Impact Award Winner" for her service work with Autism Speaks and URE's "Project Blue" at the 2019 Convention in Nashville, TN for 2018.

In 2024 she partnered with the Jacob's Chance Organization, a local Richmond non-profit charity that enriches lives by empowering individuals 5-40 years old with intellectual, developmental, physical, and/or complex disabilities through inclusive programs that promote personal development and positive relationships.  She donates a portion of each of her Closed Sales to the organization for their Scholarship Fund to assist those who want to attend with financial assistance. Elizabeth's grandson participates with Jacob's Chance and her granddaughter also volunteers with their programs, sports and events.

She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, at VCU games, the beach or at least near the water.
